423 Ukrainian settlements remain without electricity due to hostilities

The supply of electricity has been restored to all settlements cut off due to extreme weather, but 423 settlements have been cut off due to hostilities and technical reasons as of 6 December.

Reportedly, 117 settlements remain without electricity in Donetsk Oblast. Also, the electricity supply was restored in 8 settlements (8,500 consumers) that were cut off due to hostilities.
A total of 63 settlements – about 26,000 consumers – remain without electricity in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, and 1,500 consumers are without electricity for technical reasons.
Power supply restrictions do not apply in any of the oblasts. The use of scheduled shutdowns of household consumers is not planned.
As a result of hostilities, 71 settlements remain without electricity in Sumy Oblast and Chernihiv Oblast. Also, 1,400 consumers were cut off due to hostilities, and the electricity was restored for 67 consumers in Kharkiv Oblast. 45 settlements remain without electricity – more than 26,000 consumers – in Kherson Oblast.
An underground low-pressure gas distribution pipeline was damaged due to violations of the rules for conducting underground works in Lviv Oblast. A total of 98 consumers remained without gas supply. The gas leak has been dealt with. The work is ongoing.
The ministry adds that the power system is stable and under control. There is no need for scheduled power cuts for household consumers.
