Earlier, the Air Force warned about the threat of the use of ballistic missiles in Odesa Oblast.
The air-raid warning has now been issued in Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts.
Oleh Kiper, Head of Odesa Oblast Military Administration, called on residents of the Odesa district to stay in shelters until the all-clear was given.
