Details: The National Museum of the History of Ukraine states that the draft of the Act of Declaration of Independence of Ukraine was written by Levko Lukianenko jointly with Leontii Sanduliak on the morning of 23 August 1991.
Levko Lukianenko died on 7 July 2018.
