Deputy head of Ukrainian President's Office sent to work at Foreign Affairs Ministry, source says

Details: Mykola Tochytskyi, who previously served as Deputy to Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, is set to replace Sybiha in the Office of the President.

Ukrainska Pravda earlier reported the possibility of such a personnel reshuffle.
Note: Andrii Sybiha is an experienced diplomat. He has worked in various positions within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1997.
From 2016, he served as Ukraine's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Türkiye.
He was appointed Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine by Zelenskyy's decree dated 31 May 2021.
Mykola Tochytskyi has been with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1993. On 29 September 2021, he became Ukraine's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
