  • Earlier, Bellingcat analysts and experts in nuclear weapons and missile technology confirmed that the Okhmatdyt hospital in Kyiv had been hit by a Russian Kh-101 cruise missile. This conclusion was based on video footage of the attack that appeared in open sources shortly after the strike.
  • On Monday, 8 July 2024, the Okhmatdyt children's hospital was struck in a Russian attack. At the time, there were 627 children in the hospital, 8 of whom were injured, and 2 adults were killed.
