Details: At around 07:00, Krymskiy Veter, referring to its subscribers, reported that "a rocket flew over Sevastopol and an explosion rang out."
A Krym.Realii correspondent reported that "loud sounds similar to anti-submarine rocket launchers" were heard in the central part of Sevastopol at approximately 07:50 Moscow time (06:50 Kyiv time).
A little earlier, the Russian Defence Ministry stated that on the night of 16 November, "regular air defence assets destroyed two Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles over the territory of Bryansk Oblast and intercepted three more UAVs over the Black Sea near the coast of the Republic of Crimea."
