The whole crew chose black outfits for the ceremony. Chernov's outfit was made more interesting by the symbolic lining of his jacket. The suit was specially made for the director by Indposhiv. The inside was coloured a deep blue, with the Ukrainian word for "freedom" written on it in yellow letters.
