In the last 24 hours, Ukrainian aviation launched 11 strikes on Russian personnel, equipment, and military vehicles, including one on a command post and three on anti-aircraft missile systems, as reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in its daily evening summary.
Ukraine’s missile forces targeted a Russian helicopter, an anti-aircraft missile system, three areas with personnel and equipment, one ammunition depot, and two artillery pieces.
Ukrainian forces damaged a Russian Mi-8 helicopter during its landing with M142 HIMARS fire.
The close-range hit suggests the helicopter may be permanently disabled—a rare success in ground damage to a Russian aircraft.
