Details: According to Syniehubov, the authorities spent almost a week looking for the last two families with children. The last little girl who was still in a dangerous area was evacuated with her parents yesterday.
Another family, with two children, left Kharkiv Oblast on their own, the National Police established.
A total of 299 children, along with their parents, have been evacuated from three hromadas in the Kupiansk district, where the evacuation was announced [a hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories - ed.].
Quote from Syniehubov: "At the Reception Centre for evacuees in Kharkiv, these families received the humanitarian, advisory, medical and psychological assistance they needed. Everyone who needed it got free housing. A total of 493 people were resettled."
