Details: Latvia's Ministry of Health received a request for medical support for the Chernihiv Oblast Children's Hospital through representatives of the Latvian parliamentary delegation. The request highlighted the need for additional medical equipment, in particular for anaesthesia.

After considering the list of requested medical equipment, the Latvian Ministry of Health decided to supply the Chernihiv Oblast Children's Hospital with 36 lung ventilators and 12 patient vital signs monitors.

Latvia's Health Ministry noted that the provision of this medical equipment will not affect the primary functions of Latvian medical institutions, and its donation will not require the purchase of new medical equipment.
