Details: A number of Russian Telegram channels wrote that unknown individuals shot a car of the border guard service in Bryansk Oblast, as a result of which an FSB Lieutenant Colonel was killed.
According to Baza, the attack on a UAZ Patriot vehicle took place on the outskirts of Ulitsa village, Bryansk Oblast.
Around 16:00 on 9 November, unknown persons opened fire with an automatic firearm, after which they fled. Lieutenant Colonel Sergey Shatyi, Deputy Chief of the Logistics Department, deceased on the spot.
On the night of 10 November, the RDK published a post, stating that "the RDK sabotage and intelligence group had successfully ambushed enemy transport in Bryansk Oblast, and announced a video of "objective control" to be posted soon".
