Derkach outlined that the group’s primary objectives include coordinating support for transport-related material needs and providing analytical support for restoring transportation links. The official highlighted the importance of this support in the current, expressing gratitude towards the partner countries for their actions.

Ukraineʼs economy lost €400 mn due to the Polish border blockade. Some military cargo also blocked, including 1000s of tourniquets

The first projects under this initiative will focus on sustainable development in Ukraine’s road and railway freight transportation sectors. These efforts are expected to significantly contribute to the rebuilding and modernization of Ukraine’s transport infrastructure, which has been impacted due to Russia’s ongoing invasion, economic challenges, and the recent Polish-Ukrainian border blockade by Polish truckers, which has now persisted for over a month.
