Quote from Rudenko: "Russian forces attacked a residential area in Pokrovsk at around 10:00 [on 21 December].
A woman suffered an arm injury in the enemy attack.
An hour later, Russian troops bombarded the village of Udachne; the body of a 25-year-old resident was retrieved from under the rubble of a destroyed house."
Details: Rudenko noted that the type of weapon used to attack these settlements is being established.
Rudenko added that law enforcement officers have launched a pre-trial investigation into war crimes under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, namely violation of the laws and customs of war.
Background: On 20 December, Russian attacks claimed the lives of 3 people and left 19 injured in Donetsk and Kherson oblasts.
