Multiple world karate champion killed in war against Russia

Oleksandr Semeniuk, a world multi-time champion in style karate, has been killed in action during the war against Russia.

Details: Semeniuk lost his life while performing a combat mission. He was not only a celebrated athlete but also a dedicated coach.

Background: Ukrainian football referee Andrii Shchepotiev was also killed in action while fighting against the Russians.
