Quote: "Andrii Yermak also noted that Ukraine's invitation to NATO is a part of the Plan for Victory and encouraged partners to ignore Russia's threats of escalation."
Details: Yermak stated that Ukraine's victory plan, which Zelenskyy is presenting in the United States, outlines clear steps "to be taken to ensure a just and lasting peace" and includes both military and diplomatic strategies.
He also highlighted that despite a sixfold increase in weapons production, Ukraine still lacks the resources, technologies and time for complete self-sufficiency.
Yermak called on allies to accelerate military assistance supplies, with priorities including air defence systems, drones, electronic warfare systems, long-range systems and artillery shells.
In addition, he urged for increased investments in Ukrainian weapons production and emphasised the need for permission to strike within Russian territory and the utilisation of frozen Russian assets to support Ukraine.
