During the meeting, the parties emphasised that Russia's seized assets should serve as the foundation for future recovery financing and Ukrainian economic stability.
The Dutch Minister of Finance added that the EU countries are currently actively discussing the possibility of directing frozen Russian assets to Ukraine.
