Russian launched at attack on Kharkiv afternoon of 28 February, killing 59-year-old and 39-year-old men and injuring one woman, Governor Oleh Syniehubov said.
Russian occupying forces struck the Kupiansk region in the Kharkiv Oblast with multiple rocket launchers, Kharkiv Oblast police reported. The attack reportedly hit the Church of Jesus Christ, killing a 58-year-old pastor of the church.
The attack also destroyed a cafe, injuring a 31-year-old woman and killing her 39-year-old brother.
The Russian troops also shelled the village of Ploske in the Velykoburlutsk community. Information about the damage and casualties is being clarified.
