Ukraine’s Air Forces destroyed 17 out of 22 Russian drones overnight into 12 March, according to Ukraine’s military
Ukraine’s Southern Defense Forces reported Ukraine’s Air Defense destroyed two targets over the Kherson Oblast, four over the Mykolaiv Oblast, and two more over the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. There were reportedly no casualties.
Over the Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Ukraine destroyed four Russian UAV drones, Khmelnytskyi Military Administration reported.
Russian troops also attacked Ternopil Oblast, causing a fire at an infrastructure facility in the Kremenets district, the Ternopil Oblast Administration reported. During the attack, electricity and gas supplies were suspended in the nearest village to the damaged infrastructure facility. The authorities didn’t specify the number of the downed targets.
The Russian military also fired a Kh-59 missile from the Black Sea towards the Odesa Oblast. Ukraine’s Air Defenses destroyed the missile over the sea.
Kharkiv Governor Oleh Syniehubov said the Russian military launched a guided missile against Kupiansk in Kharkiv Oblast in the early hours of 12 March, damaging residential buildings. There were reportedly no casualties.
