Russia loses 1,130 soldiers and 14 tanks in one day

Russia has lost 1,130 soldiers killed and wounded and about 150 pieces of equipment over the past day.

Details: The total combat losses of the Russian forces between 24 February 2022 and 19 September 2024 are estimated to be as follows [figures in parentheses represent the latest losses – ed.]:

• approximately 638,140 (+1,130) military personnel;
• 8,705 (+14) tanks;
• 17,093 (+13) armoured combat vehicles;
• 18,177 (+23) artillery systems;
• 1,189 (+1) multiple-launch rocket systems;
• 947 (+0) air defence systems;
• 369 (+0) fixed-wing aircraft;
• 328 (+0) helicopters;
• 15,417 (+63) strategic and tactical UAVs;
• 2,592 (+0) cruise missiles;
• 28 (+0) ships/boats;
• 1 (+0) submarine;
• 24,839 (+55) vehicles and tankers;
• 3,109 (+0) special vehicles and other equipment.
