Quote: "On 24 October, at about 04:00 in Moscow (the same time as in Kyiv – ed.), three uncrewed vessels belonging to the Ukrainian navy were detected in the northern part of the Black Sea by technical surveillance equipment.
Anti-sabotage missile and bomb systems fired on the area where the uncrewed vessels were detected."
Details: The Russian Defence Ministry reports that at 08:18, "a set of mine action and anti-sabotage measures is being carried out on the outer road of Sevastopol Bay".
Background: Overnight on 23-24 October, social media reported explosions and shootings in Sevastopol, and the occupation authorities claimed a possible "underwater attack".
