Russian attack kills man in Kharkiv Oblast

The Russians bombarded the village of Kozacha Lopan in Kharkiv Oblast on the morning of 14 January, killing a civilian man.

Details: A man was reportedly killed in the street in the Russian attack while going to feed his dog. Information about the damage and other casualties is being confirmed.

Law enforcement officers opened criminal cases under Art. 438.2 (violations of rules of the warfare causing the death of a person) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
