Russian Defense Ministry reports downing 14 Ukrainian drones overnight
Russia's Military also reported on downing of one UAV and eight rocket-propelled grenades on the morning of 14 March.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported on the downing of 14 UAVs over Belgorod Oblast and Kursk Oblast.
The oblasts bordering Ukraine have been facing an increased number of drone attacks. Although the Ukrainian military did not confirm its responsibility for the attacks, Ukrainian military intelligence spokesperson Andrii Yusov told Radio Liberty earlier, “This work will continue. Such incidents happen to everything that is used for military purposes.”
According to the Russian Ministry, 11 drones were shot down over Belgorod Oblast, and three were downed over the Kursk Oblast.
There were reportedly no casualties.
The Russian Defense Ministry also reported on the downing of a Ukrainian airplane-type UAV and eight rocket-propelled grenades on the morning of 14 March over the Belgorod Oblast.
