Details: Mrochko initially said that two civilians were injured, but later said that there were no casualties in the Russian attack on the Dniprovskyi market.
"Witnesses explain [the absence of casualties] by the fact that the work day was over and there were almost no shoppers around – only some sellers and shop-owners next to their stalls," Mrochko said.
He later shared footage of the clean-up in the aftermath of the Russian attack on the Dniprovskyi market.
