Ukraine’s Air Force has reported that the Russians launched a missile towards Odesa Oblast.

Details: The Air Force clarified that the missile is flying towards the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district.

An air-raid warning has been issued in the oblast.

Updated: Ukrainian forces later clarified that the Russians had launched a missile attack on Odesa Oblast on the morning of 9 March.

A Russian tactical aircraft approaching from the Black Sea launched a Kh-31 missile that had hit a field outside of the populated areas.

No people or infrastructure were affected.
