Kharkiv, located just 30 kilometers from the Russian border, poses a challenge for Ukrainian air defense to intercept Russian missiles effectively.
“As many as 10 people may be trapped under the rubble,” Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, wrote on Telegram.
