On 24 December at 5 am, the Russian military shelled the village of Pidseredne in Kharkiv Oblast, the State Emergency Service in Kharkiv Oblast reported.
The Russian attack resulted in damaging houses and injuring two people.
Kharkiv Oblast head Oleh Syniehubov said the injured were 34 and 65 year old men. They were hospitalized in moderately severe condition.
Pidseredne is located about 10 km from Velykyi Burluk. Russia shelled its outskirts the day before, around 7 am on 23 December, according to the Emergency Service of Kharkiv Oblast.
Russia also struck Velykyi Burluk on 10 December. The community was liberated from the Russian occupation forces during the Ukrainian counteroffensive in September 2022.
