Details: At about 11:40 (Kyiv time), the Russian military attacked the road at the entrance to a village in Kherson Oblast. In the area of impact of the shell was a car with a man, a woman and a two-month-old baby inside.
The 64-year-old driver suffered fatal injuries. A 36-year-old woman suffered a traumatic amputation of her legs, and doctors are fighting to save her life. A child was taken to the hospital with a blast injury.
Prokudin said a family was returning from a medical examination in the car. The Russians attacked the vehicle with artillery.
Prokudin added that the two-month-old girl received moderate injuries.
The killed man is the child's 64-year-old grandfather.
