Details: An investigation has shown that Russian troops launched a missile attack at 01:30 on a residential area in Myrnohrad.
A 15-year-old boy and a 35-year-old man sustained mine-blast injuries, cut wounds and bruises in their own homes.
A 30-year-old resident of a neighbouring building was diagnosed with a head injury.
The explosion also caused damage to 14 apartment buildings, educational institutions, and nine cars.
