Russians target Sumy Oblast, killing 1 man and injuring 2 women

Russian troops opened fire on Sumy Oblast's border hromadas around 14:00 on 13 March. The attack killed a 54-year-old man and injured two women (a hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories).
