Russia’s Kuibyshev oil refinery lost half of its capacity after the last drone attack – Reuters. The refinery was responsible for 1.34% of Russia’s total oil refining capacity, having processed 3.687 million tons of crude oil last year. It was among at least nine refineries hit by Ukraine’s drones.

Restoration of Ukraine’s Dnipro hydroelectric power plant will take years following Russian missile attack. The machine hall was destroyed, and a new one should be constructed, while some equipment should be manufactured from scratch. It is expected to take at least two years.
Over 215K consumers have no electricity in Kharkiv due to Russian attacks on critical infrastructure. Some 401 settlements in Donetsk, Mykolaiv, Sumy, and Kherson oblasts were without power due to Russia’s combat operations, the Ukrenergo press service reported.

Drone attack disables two power units at power plant in Russia’s Rostov Oblast. The Novocherkasskaya Power Plant, the largest thermal power plant and the 2nd most powerful power plant in the Rostov Oblast, reportedly came under drone attack overnight into 25 March.
