Details: The Ukrainian president explained that POW exchanges are not always large-scale and public as they also happen directly on the battlefield.
Quote from Zelenskyy: "We have liberated rather few people over the last six months, about 100. We have brought back several thousand people over the entire period.
We are standing up for every one of them. We make exchanges...
We often exchange prisoners of war in a less public way.
To be frank, we swap them right on the battlefield. Sometimes, we have 10 of them [the Russians], and they have a few of our guys, and we exchange them. This happens in different ways."
