Thermal power plant unit in Donetsk Oblast shut down due to Russian attacks

Details: A large-scale attack on a thermal power plant in Donetsk Oblast injured five employees. All of them were taken to hospital.
"The bombardment damaged the power grid equipment and the plant itself. The staff had to shut down one of the TPP's units. Civilian consumers were disconnected from the power supply," the energy ministry reported.
Besides, a 330 kV overhead line belonging to Ukrenergo was disconnected in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast due to significant damage to the wires.
Fighting is ongoing in the area.
