On the evening of 22 October, Russian troops launched an air strike on the village of Ivanivka in Darivska Hromada of Kherson Oblast, hitting a private house.
On the morning of 23 October, rescuers recovered the bodies of two dead civilians from the debris of the house, the Prosecutor’s Office of Kherson Oblast reported.
Repeated Russian attacks on the settlement impeded the rescue efforts, the Prosecutor’s Office added.
On 23 October, the Russian army fired four aerial bombs at one of the villages of Beryslav district, Kherson Oblast, Regional Administration reported.
According to the administration, the Russian military also dropped explosives from a drone directly on Berysav, injuring a woman.
In total, the attacks wounded three civilians, the administration said.
In their latest attack on Kherson Oblast, Russian troops damaged power lines, leaving four settlements without electricity, Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of Kherson Oblast Military Administration, reported.
“Beryslav, Novoberyslav, Shliakhove, Tomaryne were left without electricity,” Prokudin specified.
