A nuclear unit at another Ukrainian NPP reduced its capacity on Tuesday, 3 September, creating a deficit of 425 MW.
For security reasons, Ekonomichna Pravda has not named the nuclear power plants in question.
Background: Earlier, Ukrenergo, the Ukrainian state-owned electricity transmission system operator, reported that Ukraine had increased power restrictions due to a decrease in generation at power facilities.
