Quote from Viktor Tokariev, director of the nursing home: "The windows in the assembly hall on the first floor of our facility were shattered. There were women there, two of them died from stress. We will have them buried."
Details: The attack also damaged an apartment block, three vehicles, outbuildings and the premises of a local business.
Background: Russian forces dropped what is believed to be a guided aerial bomb on the civilian infrastructure of the city of Okhtyrka in Sumy Oblast at around 04:45 on 13 September 2024, using methods of warfare prohibited by international law.
