Details: The newspaper studied Ukrainian government documents, which state that over the past year alone, Ukrainian defence companies have built three times as many armoured vehicles as they produced before the war and increased production of anti-tank missiles fourfold.
The NYT also noted that Ukraine had only one such 155mm SPAS at the time of Russia's full-scale invasion.
