The agreement provides for arrangements under which the signatory countries will contribute to joint projects or finance their own projects aimed at strengthening the air defence capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In addition to Ukraine, five other signatory countries will join the project: Germany, Belgium, Norway, the Netherlands and Denmark."

Background: On 19 October, the Group of Seven (G7) defence ministers said in a joint statement following their meeting in Naples that they support Ukraine's irreversible path to full Euro-Atlantic integration, including NATO membership.
