The document outlines joint exploration of programs or opportunities for cooperation in air defense systems and concepts, particularly for countering unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Potential areas of partnership include research, development, production, and investment.

“Collaboration with leading global arms companies not only expands Ukraine’s capabilities on the battlefield but also lays a solid foundation for further development of our defense industry and aids in its integration into the NATO defense industry,” the CEO of the Ukrainian defense conglomerate Ukroboronprom, Herman Smetanin said.
