Quote from Syrskyi: "I've carried out work within the units and subunits engaged in the defence operations in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Combat operations of varying intensity are underway in this part of the war zone. The enemy is using attack and bomber aircraft, drones of all types in combination with artillery and mortar fire."
Details: Syrskyi emphasised that under these conditions, the primary objective is to fortify the defence of Ukrainian forces and maintain maximum stability along the defence line.
"I've met with the brigade commanders. We've analysed in detail the situation in the combat areas and the state of the supply of ammunition, UAVs and electronic warfare equipment to the units. Special attention was paid to preparations for defensive actions in the autumn and winter months," the Commander-in-Chief said.
Syrskyi added that measures have been taken to supply the units with additional weapons, equipment, and all necessary resources.
