Quote: "The last few operations we have seen have been well thought out and planned. [It's] When a Magura [uncrewed surface vessel] breaks through a naval fortification or barrier, and then the next drone actually goes straight to the target. As we saw during the attack on four Tuna speedboats at once, [Russian] aircraft, artillery and firearms failed. A single Magura drone hit four speedboats. And this is an excellent result."
Background:
- A Ukrainska Pravda source in DIU said that Ukrainian Magura V5 naval drones attacked the Russian vessels near the village of Chornomorske in Yevpatoriia district on the night of 29-30 May.
- Later, DIU confirmed that its special unit, Group 13, had destroyed two Russian boats of the KC-701 Tuna type, in Crimea and hit two other vessels of the same type.
