Shmyhal will begin his visit with a meeting with Lauri Hussar, Speaker of the Riigikogu, and then meet with President Alar Karis.

Comprehensive support for Ukraine, including the reconstruction of the war-torn country, will be discussed at the meeting with Kaja Kallas. The prime ministers will also discuss the use of frozen Russian assets, bringing Russia to justice and the issue of sanctions. Ukraine's path to the European Union and NATO is on the agenda as well.

Prior to the meeting with Shmyhal, Kallas reaffirmed Estonia’s continued support for Ukraine in military, economic and political matters.

Quote: "We believe that Ukraine can win the war and that evil can be defeated," she said.

Kallas also stressed that this is a crucial moment, and that the focus should remain on supporting Ukraine: "We must not allow our attention to be distracted by domestic political bickering or upcoming elections in Europe and beyond. If we let aggressors override international law and dictate the rules of the game, we will find ourselves in a much more dangerous world."

At 16:30, a joint press conference of the Prime Ministers of Estonia and Ukraine will be held at the Stenbock House.

In the evening, the prime ministers will visit Estonia's Victims of Communism Memorial in Maarjamäe.

In addition, the Prime Minister of Ukraine will deliver a speech to students and teachers of Tallinn University of Technology.
