Ukrainian World Congress delegation meets with President Zelenskyy
During the meeting, held in the Ukrainian city of Chernivtsi, they discussed key Initiatives and support for Ukraine.
A delegation from the Ukrainian World Congress (UWC), led by its President Paul Grod, held an official meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in the Ukrainian city of Chernivtsi before the start of the Ukrainian World Congress Summit in Bucharest. The meeting focused on President Zelenskyy’s Peace Formula, Ukraine’s accession to NATO and the European Union, and the role of the Ukrainian diaspora in securing victory and rebuilding the country.
During the meeting, Paul Grod highlighted critical initiatives undertaken by the UWC, including the Unite With Ukraine campaign, which has raised approximately $60 million to support Ukrainian defenders, and the Energize Ukraine initiative, aimed at rebuilding Ukraine’s damaged energy infrastructure.
Besides this, Zelenskyy also participated in a meeting of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of Ukraine, also held in Chernivtsi.
In Chernivtsi, I met with representatives of the World Congress of Ukrainians.
We discussed ways to promote international support and maintain global attention to Ukraine. It is important that all our people care about out country and its independence.
