Sources within the Ukrainian security services have revealed to the Ukrainska Pravda media outlet that on the morning of 5 December, drones operated by the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) successfully targeted a series of Russian military sites in occupied Crimea and nearby areas.
According to the source, the SBU drones struck the Nebo-M radar system in the Bagerovo area (Crimea), a helicopter parking area, the P-18 Terek radar system, and the Baikal-1M anti-aircraft missile unit control system near the locality of Strilkove (Arabat Spit).
This information comes in the wake of a morning announcement on 5 December by the Russian Ministry of Defense, claiming the interception and destruction of over 40 supposed Ukrainian drones.
Last week, SBU carried out a two-step operation on the Baikal-Amur Mainline in Buryatia, one of two railway routes used for China’s military supplies to China.
