Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security Ambassador Bonnie D. Jenkins and will travel to New York City, New York, on November 13, 2023, to roll out the Political Declaration on Responsible Military Use of Artificial Intelligence and Autonomy (“Political Declaration”) at the United Nations.
