U.S. Delegation to the 2023 UN Climate Change Conference (COP28)
Office of the Spokesperson From November 30-December 12, 2023, senior U.S. officials from over 20 U.S. Departments, Agencies, and organizations will travel to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to advance U.S. goals and ensure a strong outcome at the 2023 UN Climate Change Conference (COP28). The U.S. delegation will be led by Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry.
