Former President Trump is campaigning in the critical swing state of Pennsylvania on Tuesday evening, as the race for the White House enters its final week.

The former president is expected to address crime, eliminating cash bail and prison regulations during his visit to the Keystone State. He is also likely to target Vice President Harris and the Biden administration for what he calls "failed policies" to address violence and homicide rates in the state, according to the campaign.

The event in Allentown, Pa., comes as the Trump team is struggling to contain backlash after a comedian made seemingly racist jokes about Puerto Rico during the former president's Madison Square Garden rally over the weekend.

The Hill/Decision Desk HQ's polling index shows Trump leading Harris in the battleground state by less than half a point — with 48.5 percent support to her 48.1 percent.

Trump, who also spoke at a roundtable in the state earlier Tuesday, is scheduled to give remarks at 7 p.m. EDT.
