The first thousands of North Korean soldiers have been deployed near the Ukrainian border. Ukraine would have launched a preventive strike on them, but it needs long-range weapons, President Zelenskyy said.

Zelenskyy said the only thing uniting Pyongyang and Moscow is their desire to fight. In addition, he pointed out, all logistics between Russia and North Korea that helps Russian aggressive actions should be blocked. This depends, in particular, on the strong Asian powers, on China, which talks so much about ending the war, Zelenskyy said.
