Quote regarding the emblem: "The emblem of Ukraine's Foreign Intelligence Service features a graphite-grey equilateral cross with divergent sides, outlined by two silver borders.
At the centre of the cross lies a blue circular medallion displaying the Badge of the Princely State of Volodymyr the Great. Encircling the medallion are two silver rods, with the Latin inscription OMNIA VINCIT VERITAS ('Truth conquers all things') and a decorative dot on a graphite-grey background.
Between the arms of the cross are depictions of three crossed arrows pointing upwards and a key with the bit facing downwards. The bit of the key is uniquely stylised as a QR code linking to the official website of Ukraine's Foreign Intelligence Service.
The Sign of the Princely State of Volodymyr the Great, the arrows, the key, as well as the letters of the inscription and the decorative dot, are rendered in gold."
Quote regarding the flag: "The flag of Ukraine's Foreign Intelligence Service is a rectangular graphite-grey cloth with a width-to-length ratio of 2:3.
The upper left quarter of the flag features two equal horizontal stripes in blue and yellow, while the centre of the free edge displays the emblem of the Foreign Intelligence Service.
The emblem’s height measures two-thirds of the flag's width, and both sides of the flag are mirror-identical.
