Zelenskyy on Putin's proposal of a "duel" between Oreshnik missile and Ukraine's air defence: We are dealing with mentally unstable people

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has reacted to Russian leader Vladimir Putin's proposal for a technological experiment in which the West and Ukraine can decide on a target in Kyiv for a Russian Oreshnik missile strike and then try to intercept the Russian missile, noting that these are the words of a mentally unstable person.

They are just mental."
